How to make shoes look new.?

Im 13, and Well i wanna get a present for my cousins, but i dont have a lot of money. I got two cheap shoes at Goodwill, and i want to give it to them, but it doesnt look new, help me.. The first shoe is called Wild Diva, it is black, and its a high heel.. it looks new on the top, but on the bottom ther is stracthes, and you can see that some one has walked it it, it also has like kinda white patches. how do i fix this pair of shoe. The second shoe is called Ann mario, it is orange, and on the sign that says ann mario on it is kinda o ditry. The bottom of the shoe has dirt on it, and the heel is dirty. how do i fix this. How do i make both of the shoes look clean. PlEASE help i need to make it look clean in two days.Thank you and God bless you
