Maybe he does like you but he has a girlfriend so do you really want to be with someone who is like that imagine if you where his girlfriend how many other girls would he do it to.. And like you said he could just be doing it because he knows you like him if he knows he is good looking and acts on that its usually because he is a dick or like you said vain
