My cousin hoards old beds,box springs.Why?Shy,sloppy,no confidence.?

you can tell her that it is wrong and to stop what shes doing. otherwise you could call the board of health or call a rescue, ambulance, police etc. to get her out of the unsafe living condition to a hospital where she can be evaluated with her mental problem. if you call the board of health they will probably do something simil;ar. if i were you i would just call 911 or your local fire/ police/ ambulance company, and they will take care of everything and then call the board of health i needed.
