My teacher i love and think she likes me too?

im 18 about to leave school in 2 weeks as im just back for my exams. My teacher is also female and 30. I think she has feelings towards me also. I'm sure sure, and don't know whether i should tell her. she stares an awful lot, which i think is odd behaviour for a teacher. for example a few times she has watched me walk away, and she would turn her head to look at me in the corridor/canteen. Sometimes she will stare at me and look depressed as if she wants me type of look but cant. It's hard to figure this woman out. But she sure is beautiful. The thing is, although she's taught me for 5 years i don't really know her personally. which is why i cant figure out how ive developed such strong feelings. I guess i know bits about her, but not fully. Is it still possible to love without actually knowing the person properly? Also do you think she might have feelings for me? Im thinking of coming back to school in september to tell her, as then i have defintely left school
