We are getting rid of two of our horses and getting one better horse . . . ?

I would want to know if it was natural grass fed and grain finished for at least 2 or three months. If you don't grain finish them they just don't taste right. That would probably be the most important question anyway. you don't want to buy meat that wont taste good.
