I take it you are in Canada? Your question refers to a Province. In which case you need to refer back to the agency where you found the information that the activities of the company for which you work is illegal. In the US it would be the Department of Labor, so refer to the Canadian equvalent for your specific Province, as the laws may differ between them. Contact that agency to report the violations - there should be a phone number to address your concerns or information on the site how to file a formal complaint. Either in the US or Canada, I don't think you have any claim to file a civil lawsuit unless you suffered financial or other damages.
