Whats going on with him?

so basically at a party in January this guy and I kissed, we'd been drinking, but were not totally out of it. We'd been good friends before that tbh and after the party we haven't talked once apart from when we were drunk. We've both done stuff with other people Since then but I really like him, and I have since before we made out. Recently, I've caught him looking at me a lot, like in classes he looks over, he watches me if I walk past in the canteen, but won't talk to me, like really awkwardly ignores me. He isn't like this with any other girl he's drunkenly kissed, so why me?
