I'm in love with this CUTE girl! HELP! Long?

First day on college was really fun, talking to each other, staring at some hot, cute chicks, but turns out none of them was really on that category. lol , hoping I could find one and I thought of that, but as our lunch time came in, we had to go outside looking for another canteen store's, mainly because our school canteen sells expensive beverages and food. But its weird, this canteen girl outside our school who's about my age (17) is really 10x CUTE, i mean, is she really a canteen girl? lol I'm desperate for this since we're about a life long way ahead. I'm a private college student and she's a canteen girl? damn, but I need help, how do i approach her for some date? i mean I don't really care about her job, she has a cute and kind personality too! she even caught me staring once at her and I'd stopped because I was a bit embarrassed, any ideas? this is just my first time to get truly in love with a CUTE girl. :)
