Why aren't my turn signals blinking?

I have a 91 s10 blazer, and tonight the turn signals on the right side stopped blinking. They turn on, but don't blink. Also, I noticed when I turn my hazards on, they both blink just fine, so it's just the turn signal itself that's not working. I don't know much about the makeup of cars, but could anyone help explain what's wrong? And possibly how to fix it?
